A interpretatio Romana of the two important divinities attested in Montánchez and Alcuéscar —Bellona and Ataecina— with the sorores Antiatinae and Praenestinae could justify the name of Mansio ad sorores in Casas de don Antonio (Cáceres). The mansio plays the role of a starting point in the way to the santuary or sanctuaries of both divinities.
