The number of texts with consular or local dating in Roman inscriptions of Hispania is low, but the Fasti consulares and Fasti locales are mentioned in all texts series. They are some epigraphic evidences for the public horologia at the towns; however, the time mensuration is only a city task, but not a private matter.
