A group of architectural structures found at the NE sector of Molinete´s hill in Cartagena are estudied. Consisting on a sacred room and hydraulics installations with a opus signinum pavement where a dedication to Atargatis is written. Near, there is a large base that could be considered as a temple podium. The cronologhy at the end of the second century B.C. suggests the direct penetration of the cult from the Near East and its trasmission by Syrian slaves and freedmen, well-known in Charthago Nova.
