Numancia: relación necrópolis-poblado

This paper studies the relationship between the Celtiberian cemetery and the Numancia city sieged by Scipio (133 b.c.). A first part is dedicated to present the location problems of the Celtiberian cemetery during the present century, and the archaeological data of the cemetery are also analyzed. In the second part the stratigraphie questions and the problems to differentiate the city of the II century b.C. are explained. Finally the basis is established for the relationship between the city and the cemetery.
